Who likes pancakes? Pancakes are quick, easy, and tasty. But are they really “good for you”? Here’s a great recipe that I use on the daily- Packed with protein and can be stored in the fridge and reheated with ease!
Ingredients
1/2 cup oats (can be gluten free)
1 TBS fat free Greek yogurt
1 whole egg
3 egg whites
A dash of cinnamon
1/2 banana
Directions
Blend all ingredients until liquid.
My family usually doubles the recipe but this yields about one sitting- especially if they’re silver-dollar size!
My favorite way to eat them (shown above) is sandwiched with peanut butter and dipped in honey.
