Pan #1 – Bring pasta sauce to a simmer
Pan #2—Dice and brown ground turkey. Season with fresh garlic, and organic minced onion. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.
Pan #3—Cook your favorite veggies and prepare to combine with sauce and ground turkey! My favorites are broccoli, bell peppers, spinach, asparagus and cauliflower!
