4 ripe bananas (roast in oven before)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup grass-fed unsalted butter
6 TBSP honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup gluten free flour (I used Bob’s Red Mills one-to-one flour)
1 tsp baking soda
Chocolate chips (semi-sweet) + a drizzle of honey on top before baking
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix all ingredients, and fold in flour last (by hand). Pour in 9×5 baking tin.
3. Top with chocolate chips and a drizzle of honey.
4. Bake for 42-47 minutes.
